We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in need of support in their daily lives. Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met and dietary restrictions are followed
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental health and reduce feelings of isolation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living setting
Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly




Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety for both client and caregiver

Skills
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly valued
Robust background in senior care and supporting individuals with disabilities or dementia
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, compassion, and active listening abilities
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently
Familiarity with home care practices and maintaining a clean, protected workplace
Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams, clients, and family members
