Our client is looking for an Industrial Painter to join their team in Sperling, Manitoba, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. This role involves preparing and painting industrial materials using specialized techniques.

Responsibilities
Read and adhere to job hazard assessments and safety procedures.
Apply enamel and polyurethane paints using spray application methods.
Perform sandblasting and surface preparation.
Operate forklifts and other motorized equipment safely.
Maintain and troubleshoot paint shop equipment.




Conduct quality control checks, including measuring surface profiles, adhesion, and coating thickness.

Qualifications
Familiar with quality control practices.
Knowledge of safety protocols in an industrial setting.
Experience with spray painting and surface preparation is an asset.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to operate forklifts and motorized equipment.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic math skills for measuring and calculations.
