Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and administrative functions
Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and professional growth
Manage payroll processing, budgeting, and financial reporting to meet store targets
Oversee inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize sales opportunities
Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures
Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting purposes




Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers through phone etiquette and organizational skills

Experience
Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail or related environments
Robust background in retail sales, merchandising, and store management practices
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, team management, and leadership development
Experience with payroll administration, bookkeeping, and budgeting processes
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases
Familiarity with POS systems, purchasing procedures, pricing strategies, and cash handling protocols
Exceptional organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently
