MD Excavation is growing, and we're looking for an experienced AZ Driver & Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

We're a small, hands-on excavation company where every day is different. We're looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, versatile, and ready to grow with us.

Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as an AZ-licensed driver
Must be comfortable operating a variety of excavation equipment, including:
Excavators
Bulldozers
Loaders
Skid steers
Other equipment and vehicles across our fleet
Comfortable hauling and transporting heavy equipment
Flexible and willing to take on different responsibilities as needed
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Safety-conscious, dependable, and responsible with equipment
Willing to learn and adapt to recent equipment and new challenge

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
