Accounts Executive

Fairstar Insurance Group Inc is a rapid-growing independent brokerage committed to delivering personalized insurance solutions. As an accounting executive you will play a key role in expanding our business by working closely with new clients, responding to quote requests, and successfully placing policies.

We are seeking licensed insurance brokers with a strong sales mindset and community presence to grow a personal and commercial book of business.

What You’ll Do:
Prospect and close recent Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance
Engage and convert leads generated through in-house marketing initiatives
Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Assess client needs, provide tailored quotes, and negotiate coverage options
Bind policies efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage policy renewals and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service and support





What You Bring:
RIBO license in valuable standing (required)
1+ year of insurance sales experience in Canada (Auto/Home/Business preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
