Job Overview:
The Restaurant Crew Member ensures customers have a positive dining experience by taking orders, preparing food, serving guests, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and food safety standards.
Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, workstations, and restrooms.
Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.




Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $16.75 per hour
