Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher/Call Taker to join our team. The position also requires a knowledge of the automotive/towing industry. Ability to operate a tow truck to move vehicles on site is a plus. Must be bondable

Duties
Answer phones promptly and professionally, providing exceptional phone etiquette and transparent communication.
Receive and process inbound calls from drivers, dealerships, roadside vendors and police
Computer knowledge
Maintain accurate records/call logs

Requirements
Strong understanding of towing industry
Excellent communication skills paired with qualified phone etiquette for handling high-volume calls.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
