What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Coordination: Oversee scheduling, manage workloads, and ensure teams have the tools and guidance they need to succeed.
Customer Experience: Ensure clients receive the best service by maintaining high standards and resolving concerns quickly.
Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to boost productivity.

What You Bring:
Leadership Experience: 3–5 years in a management or supervisory role, ideally in a service or trades environment.
Operational Know-How: Strong understanding of team management, scheduling, and customer service excellence.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.




Communication Expertise: Clear and confident communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
