Responsibilities
Safely operate your vehicle or company-provided transportation to deliver packages across designated routes
Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts when necessary
Ensure accurate delivery of items while verifying recipient details and obtaining signatures when required
Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations




Assist with moving items within warehouses or storage facilities as needed, utilizing heavy lifting skills when applicable
Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents during routes

Skills
Experience with moving heavy items safely and efficiently in various environments
Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a solid plus
Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients upon delivery
Solid communication skills for clear coordination with team members and customers
Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards
Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory handling and logistics processes
Proven track record in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
