Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
Support tradespeople by holding materials, mixing substances, or operating basic machinery under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Perform general site maintenance including waste removal and site tidying to ensure smooth operations
Help with inventory management by tracking tools and supplies to prevent loss or damage




Contribute to project progress by completing assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn current skills
Valuable communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or maintenance sites
Previous experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as needed
