Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Team Member to join our Coffee Time Donuts team! In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the daily operations of our store.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a rapid-paced setting, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a team. No previous experience is required—we are willing to train the right person!

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient customer service
Take customer orders and prepare coffee, beverages, donuts, sandwiches, and other food items
Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system accurately
Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including customer areas, counters, equipment, and workstations
Restock donuts, beverages, food items, cups, and other supplies as needed
Assist with food preparation while following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Ensure displays and products are properly organized and appealing to customers
Assist with opening and closing duties when required




Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and food handling requirements

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to handle cash and process customer transactions accurately
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekdays
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and stocking supplies
Previous experience in customer service, food service, coffee shops, tim hortons or quick-service restaurants is an asset
Willingness to learn and follow food safety and cleanliness standards

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
