About Us

Bad Guy Motors is a custom fabrication and diesel performance shop in Medicine Hat. We build our own line of truck accessories - Outlaw Series bumpers, Badland Bars, flat decks, running boards, mudflaps and more - alongside a full diesel performance and mechanical service shop. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to work with their hands and grow with us.

The Role

We need a reliable, hard-working Shop Labourer / Fabrication Helper to support our fabrication and service teams day to day. You'll keep the shop moving: prepping materials, assisting our welders and technicians, handling parts, and keeping the work area clean and organized. If you've got mechanical, welding, or fabrication experience, even better - but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.

What You'll Do
Assist welders, fabricators, and technicians with builds and repairs
Prep, grind, cut, and handle steel and other materials
Move, stage, and organize parts, stock, and finished products
Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
Operate shop equipment and hand/power tools safely
Support general labour tasks as needed across the shop

What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic,



reliability, and a willingness to learn
Valid Class 5 driver's license (required)
Comfortable with physical work: lifting, standing, and being on your feet
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail

Assets (Not Required)
Mechanical, welding, or fabrication experience
Experience in a shop, trades, or manufacturing workplace
Familiarity with hand and power tools

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
