Responsibilities
Assist in meal preparation and food handling to support the kitchen team in delivering delicious dishes efficiently
Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and support cooking activities under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts to uphold sanitation standards
Support food service operations by restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and managing inventory levels
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow




Adhere to all health regulations and restaurant policies to promote a safe and positive working setting

Skills
Proven experience in cooking, food preparation, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Robust knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in accordance with local health regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and delivering great customer service
Basic understanding of meal assembly, food presentation, and kitchen equipment operation
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members during busy periods
