We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards
Make Sandwich and bowls
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash handling and order processing
Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly
Manage cashiering duties, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management




Support team members with serving food or other operational tasks during busy periods

Skills
Previous barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink customization
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Experience in the food industry or food service is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
