Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS software
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed in all aspects of serving and food preparation




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly advantageous
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction processing
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
