Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator or Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stone fabrication and installation processes, including cutting, polishing, and the use of various power tools. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for safely cutting and polishing stone slabs according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints accurately.

Responsibilities
Interpret and understand blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
Utilize polishing techniques to finish Stone countertops.
Operate power tools and machinery, including grinders and saws, to shape and cut materials as needed.
Safely lift, move, and store stone slabs.
Conduct quality checks on finished products using tape measure and other measuring tools to ensure precision.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and best practices in fabrication.




Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.

Requirements
Proven experience in stone fabrication, installation, tile work, or a related field is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Experience with tape measure, squares, levels.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Maugerville, NB E3A 8P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
Stone, Tile, or Similar work: 1 year (preferred)
