Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Your role will involve managing patient appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining electronic medical records.

Duties:
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental office software (Progident)
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and update patient information as necessary
Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Follow office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:




Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist
Proficiency in using dental office software (Progident) is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced setting
Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
Proficient in using electronic medical records systems

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 37 per week
