Job Summary

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common spaces
Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently within allotted timeframes
Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure readiness for each job




Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and attentive to client needs

Requirements
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Experience with laundry services and maintaining cleanliness standards in private homes
Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
