Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our customers while maintaining the standards of our restaurant.

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring all meals are cooked to perfection.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency in meal preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including marinating meats and chopping vegetables.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting, with specific experience in grilling preferred.




Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food handling practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for meal preparation and providing exceptional service to customers.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
