Key Qualifications

Depending on the position, candidates should have:
Relevant civil construction experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s licence where required
Experience with equipment operation, material hauling, pipe installation, crew supervision, mechanical repairs, or traffic control, as applicable
Valid flagger certification for Traffic Control positions

CSA-approved safety boots
High-visibility clothing
Hard hat
Strong spoken and written English
Ability to work safely, reliably, and as part of a team
