Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and integrity
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper handling procedures
Assist with food industry best practices such as proper food handling, storage,



and cleanliness
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Skills
Experience in food preparation and food service roles preferred
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and transparent communication
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
