Job Summary

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes with precision and care, maintaining authentic flavors and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various recipes
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations to guarantee the health and safety of guests and staff
Serve dishes promptly while maintaining a friendly and qualified attitude toward customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils




Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality across all menu items
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and food plating

Experience
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine or similar culinary traditions
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards
Prior experience in meal preparation within a fast-paced kitchen setting is highly desirable
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools used in Indian cooking
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
