Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

Duties:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Assist in seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary

Experience:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
