Clean and maintain condominium common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwell and amenity rooms.
Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust floors and surfaces.
Clean and disinfect washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
Empty garbage and recycling containers and replace liners.
Maintain cleanliness of entrances, glass doors, and windows (interior).
Restock washroom and janitorial supplies.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management.
Operate standard janitorial equipment, including vacuum cleaners.
Follow company health and safety policies, WHMIS procedures, and proper chemical handling practices.
Provide courteous and qualified service to residents and visitors.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
