Job Description

Jiva Organics Mfg & Dist. is an organic and natural food distributor in South Burnaby. We are seeking a reliable, motivated Warehouse Representative to join our team. This role focuses primarily on day-to-day warehouse operations—building orders, stocking, and receiving—with the added responsibility of serving as a reserve delivery driver (driving a small van) roughly once a month. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Accurately build, pick, and check customer orders using manual or electric pallet jacks.
Stock shelves and assist with general warehouse organization.
Prepare shipments for dispatch, including wrapping, and lifting items (up to 50 lbs).
Act as a reserve delivery driver approximately once a month, operating a small delivery van pick or to drop off products across the Lower Mainland safely and on time.
Perform basic pre-trip inspections, manage delivery logs,



and record mileage/fuel when driving.
Off-load products for customers in a polite, skilled manner and communicate any issues to the team.
Other duties as required.

Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on your feet throughout the shift.
Friendly, professional attitude with a strong work ethic and focus on reliability.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to adapt well to a dynamic, multicultural team workplace.
Knowledge of the Lower Mainland delivery area is an asset.
