Buono Osteria is looking for an experienced Wood-Fired Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team in Gibsons, BC.

We’re looking for someone who already knows their way around pizza and is confident working with a wood-fired oven during a busy service.

You should be comfortable stretching and shaping dough by hand, building and firing pizzas quickly and consistently, managing oven temperature and the fire, and keeping your station organized when things get busy. Experience working with Neapolitan-style pizza and naturally fermented dough is a major asset.

We have an established pizza program, a busy restaurant and a robust kitchen team. We’re looking for someone who can step onto the pizza station with confidence, care about consistency and quality, and become an key part of our team.

Pay: $27.00 per hour
