Laird Wheaton GM is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our busy dealership team. You will guide customers through the vehicle financing and leasing process, sell protection products, and ensure all deals comply with lending and dealership rules. We pride ourselves on running a transparent and ethical store, and the selected individual must share those values.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal Structuring: Review and structure car deals accurately to ensure quick funding and clean paperwork.
Customer Consultation: Interview buyers to explain financing, leasing, warranties, and insurance options.
Lender Relations: Maintain strong relationships with automotive lenders to secure the best rates for clients.
Compliance: Follow all financial laws, lending guidelines, and dealership policies.
Sales Targets: Meet department performance goals for product sales and PVR averages.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience:



Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Services or F&I; Manager in the automotive industry.
Software Skills: Proficiency with PBS, Dealertrack and Drive Centric is an asset.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit analysis, finance regulations, and aftermarket protection products.
VSA Licence
