Laser Metal Profiles Ltd is a state- of- the - art facility that specializes in Laser Cutting, Plasma Oxy-fuel Cutting, Forming, Machining and Welding (CWB Certified).

LMP LTD is seeking qualified candidates for our Laser Operator Role for all shifts who have a desire for long term success for a rapidly growing company.

Your role as a Laser Operator will require:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in the CNC Laser field

· Trouble shoot Mechanical and Technical issues. Ex: error codes and various material set ups

· Ability to identify and trouble shoot quality issues and poor cutting results

· Proficient in organizing daily priorities for the laser department

· Effective communication with management and team members across all shifts

· Responsible for maintaining production on your assigned laser

· Experience in manufacturing and ISO quality system for steel processing

· Ability to read drawings, blueprints and material tolerances





Job Description

· Set up & operate CNC Laser plate processing machines

· Identify and troubleshoot any issues with machine or quality

· Complete first offs accurately to ISO requirements

· Properly label and skid parts after inspection

· Maintain house keeping and maintenance of machine and area
