Responsibilities

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend suitable products or services
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured items
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Prior experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, with a focus on product demos and technical explanations
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandise displays and stock levels efficiently
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service
Customer service experience with a friendly, qualified attitude that fosters trust and loyalty
Ability to perform merchandising duties, cashiering, and upselling techniques confidently
