Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution
Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately in the database
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement




Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and meet departmental goals

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent data entry skills
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset but are not mandatory
