What you’ll do
Work directly at client sites to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents or deploy IT solutions.
Deliver small to medium-scale technical projects (infrastructure, network upgrades, migrations, IP telephony, etc.).
Ensure smooth, proactive, and reassuring client relationships throughout all interventions.
Participate in the implementation, configuration, and documentation of infrastructures and networks.
Collaborate closely with internal project, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.
Keep knowledge bases up to date.

Skills and desired experience

Training & Experience
College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or equivalent (AEC or significant experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT/networking role.
Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory).
Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, firewalls, VLANs, etc.).




Experience with Cisco IP telephony (configuration and troubleshooting).
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (frequent travel required).

Technical and Interpersonal Skills
Strong sense of organization, prioritization, and good stress management.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
Natural leadership and a positive team attitude.
