What You’ll Be Doing
Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics and manuals.
Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
Weld, plumb, and fabricate as needed for system repairs and installations.
Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and deliver top-quality results.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician, Apprentice, or Journeyperson.




Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Welding and plumbing experience (a plus).
A valid driver’s license for service work.
Flexibility to handle different job sites and schedules.
A clean criminal record — because safety and trust matter.
A team-oriented attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
