Duties
Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and professionalism
Take accurate orders for food and beverages, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a lively, engaging atmosphere
Prepare and handle food items safely, following all food safety protocols and hygiene standards
Mix drinks expertly as per standard recipes, maintaining consistency and quality in every pour
Clear tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests




Assist with food preparation when needed to support kitchen operations and guest satisfaction

Skills
Proven restaurant or food service experience with a robust understanding of the food industry standards
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations and safety guidelines
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and hygiene practices in a hospitality setting
Experience with food preparation or barista skills is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage crafting
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
Ability to stay energetic, organized, and attentive during busy service hours
