Job Summary:

General labour and daily assigned tasks.

This is a position for renovations for existing properties.

Duties
Assist with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, and drills to support carpentry, framing, and other tasks
Perform general construction tasks including caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration work
Support plumbing and welding activities by preparing materials and assisting skilled tradespeople
Operate construction equipment safely under supervision and adhere to all safety protocols
Help with site organization by maintaining tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and efficient manner

Experience




Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniques enhances your ability to contribute effectively
Knowledge of carpentry, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, or restoration work is a plus
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work collaboratively within a team workplace
Solid attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
