Adrak Richmond Hill is an established premium Indian restaurant and part of MJAJ Hospitality Inc., the hospitality group behind the award-winning Adrak restaurants.

We are seeking polished, dependable and service-oriented Front of House Service Associates to join our existing team and support the delivery of warm, attentive and consistent hospitality.

Overview

This is a cross-trained front-of-house position supporting all aspects of the guest experience. The role may include greeting and seating guests, assisting with table service, running food, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining an organized and welcoming dining room.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Assist with seating, menu presentation and guest requests
Take and enter orders accurately when assigned
Run food and beverages efficiently
Clear, clean and reset tables throughout service
Maintain dining-room cleanliness and organization
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
Follow restaurant service, sanitation and safety standards
Support private events and other front-of-house duties as required





Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred
Strong communication and guest-service skills
Qualified, dependable and well-organized
Ability to remain composed in a quick-paced workplace
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Valid Smart Serve certification is required
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Please note that this position is compensated through a fixed hourly wage and does not participate in a gratuity or tip program.
