Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This role provides essential support in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Desktop software and possess robust data entry and analytical skills. Experience working with Service Titan software a plus. Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
Enter financial data accurately into accounting software QuickBooks Desktop as well as working knowledge of Service Titan enterprise software.
Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Support payroll processing using Service Titan and Dayforce.
Perform bookkeeping tasks including ledger maintenance and transaction categorization
Assist with budgeting activities and financial reporting tasks
Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for audit purposes




Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications
Proven experience with accounting software QuickBooks Desktop
Enterprise software Service Titan a plus
Experience using AI a plus
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable procedures and bookkeeping practices
Familiarity with account reconciliation and account analysis techniques
Basic understanding of payroll systems and processes Dayforce is a plus
Excellent mathematical skills and ability to perform financial calculations accurately
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience in financial services or related fields is desirable but not requiredThis position is integral to maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting the overall efficiency of our accounting operations. Pay: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
