Job Description

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients visiting Diamond Queen Toronto Jewellers. The successful candidate will provide a skilled, welcoming experience while supporting the sales team and day-to-day operations of the luxury jewellery store.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients in a qualified and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails.
Schedule and confirm client appointments.
Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales associate.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Support the sales team with administrative and customer-service tasks.
Assist with client follow-ups and appointment reminders.
Maintain accurate customer information and records.
Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle basic administrative duties, filing, data entry and correspondence.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous receptionist,



customer service, hospitality or luxury retail experience is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Solid organization and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers, email and scheduling systems.
Experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery is an asset.

Pay: $14.00-$21.00 per hour
