Louis' does everything from day to day lunch and dinner service, to concerts and student events, Welcome Week beer garden festivities, and Huskies Football food and beverage service. Duties:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Assist other staff with running food or seating sections
Deliver orders to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
Provide menu recommendations and offer assistance on selections
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to food safety standards




Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed

Skills:
Experience in restaurant or food service industry
Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
