Fencing Labourer / Supervisor

Summit Fencing is looking for a hardworking and motivated Fencing Labourer / Supervisor to join our team. We’re looking for individuals at different experience levels, from labourers looking to learn the trade to experienced supervisors capable of leading a crew.

Responsibilities
Assist with or lead residential and commercial fence installations
Prepare sites, measure, mark, and install posts, panels, and gates
Safely operate hand and power tools
Mix and pour concrete for fence posts
Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe worksite
Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Supervisors: Lead crews, coordinate daily work, communicate with customers, and ensure quality and timelines are maintained

Qualifications
Fencing or construction experience is an asset
Experience leading a crew is an asset for supervisor applicants




Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically capable of lifting materials and working outdoors
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Equipment operating experience and a valid driver’s licence are assets
