Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations to enhance their experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and providing correct change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally




Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during peak hours
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
Basic math skills for cashiering, calculating bills, tips, and managing cash transactions accurately
Experience in hospitality or food service roles that demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
