We are searching for an energetic and self-motivated Patient Experience Coordinator to provide support to our treatment professionals, managers and patients while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

The successful candidate must have the following:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Solid computer skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent time management
Ability to fluidly multi-task
Ability to effectively trouble-shoot
Accounting skills

Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and answering phones
Referral intake and appointment scheduling for multiple providers
Effectively manage waiting lists




Gathering and entering data into software
Preparing online forms
Electronic filing
Manage multiple provider schedules
Daily billing and payment processing
Invoicing to various funding organizations using multiple platforms
Co-ordinating perks
Reconcile payments
Faxing and emailing reports
Maintain clean environment and disinfection protocols

Previous experience in medical / rehabilitation office is preferred.
