Leverage your IT management skills in an exceptional Arctic mining setting.In this role, you will be responsible for providing extensive technical support, leading IT staff management initiatives, and overseeing training and development in a snow-capped landscape. By coordinating with various departments and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, you will enhance the overall IT operations. Foster effective communication and team performance
Ensure training and development programs for staff
Conduct audits to ensure technology functionality
Schedule IT projects in collaboration with user departments
Maintain operational standards for IT servicesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or similar
3 to 5 years of supervisory IT experience
CCNA, ITIL, and MCSC are desirable
Experience in Network and System Admin support
