• Assess client strengths and barriers through intake interviews • Create customized career plans and strategies • Assist in resume development and interview practice • Connect clients with community resources and services • Lead life skills workshops and job readiness training

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred • At least 2 years in career services or related field • Solid coaching and communication skills • Knowledge of employment resources and labor markets • Dedication to a mission-driven, faith-based workplace
