QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Enrollment in the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP), or a strong interest in pursuing the CPA designation

Experience and Skills

Preferred qualifications include:
Previous experience working in a public accounting firm
Experience preparing lead sheets, working papers, and supporting audit or review engagements
Familiarity with CaseWare software
Experience using accounting software applications
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
Prepare lead sheets and working paper files




Assist with bookkeeping and accounting engagements
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support year-end file preparation and client engagements
Perform data entry and account reconciliations
Work with accounting and tax software to support client service needs
Assist senior staff with various accounting and administrative tasks
