Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Sweep or scrub floors.
Assist with putting away food in walk-ins when deliveries come in.
Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
Prepare foods for cooking or serving.
Receive and store supplies.
Clean garbage cans .
Move equipment,



supplies or food to required locations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience in preparing and cooking a wide variety of food styles
Ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking workplace
Be available to work all shifts including weekends
Good communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
Be able to lift 50lbs
English
