In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of a luxury project from pre-construction to final account. Your efforts will ensure the delivery of the highest quality standards while adhering to company procedures and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts
Control costs through effective procurement strategies
Manage subcontract negotiations and agreements
Administer contractual notices and records
Identify risks and produce monthly cost reports

Requirements:
Extensive experience in high-value residential construction (£30m+)
In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts
Excellent cost management and negotiation skills
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying preferred
Solid analytical abilities and attention to detail
