Main Deliverables
Conduct enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 license audits and optimization assessments.
Identify licensing inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
Produce licensing analytics, utilization reports, and remediation recommendations.
Improve license allocation accuracy through data-driven right-sizing initiatives.

Requirements
Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 licensing models, including E1, E3, E5, F3, EMS, Copilot, Power Platform, Visio, Project, and add-on licensing.
Experience performing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 licensing audits.
Ability to analyze licensing utilization, service consumption, entitlement, and adoption data.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and large dataset analysis.
Experience conducting persona-based licensing assessments and optimization exercises.
Knowledge of license compliance, software asset management, budgeting, and renewal planning processes.
Experience developing licensing dashboards, audit reports, and optimization recommendations.
Responsibilities
Execute organization-wide Microsoft 365 license audits to ensure appropriate license assignment based on usage, business requirements, and role alignment.
Analyze Microsoft 365 utilization reports to identify inactive, underutilized, and over-licensed accounts.
Assess license consumption trends and entitlement data to improve allocation efficiency and reduce unnecessary spend.
Perform user segmentation and persona-based license mapping activities.
Create audit reports detailing compliance status, optimization prospects, usage patterns, and projected cost savings.
Track remediation activities, license reassignment outcomes, and realized savings metrics.
Maintain licensing inventories and reporting repositories supporting budgeting, renewals, and software asset management initiatives.
