Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Engineer Racking. Located in Brampton, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Lead Engineer Racking will oversee the design, development, and implementation of steel racking systems. Responsibilities include project management, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our racking solutions.

Qualifications




Experience in designing and developing steel racking systems and other material storage solutions
Qualified Engineer with a valid stamp in at least one Canadian Province
Minimum 8+ years of experience designing and analyzing racking and racking systems
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication is a plus
