Our client is expanding its Shared Services team and seeks an experienced Personal Lines Broker. In this unique position, you'll leverage your expertise in Home, Auto, and Property insurance while adapting to diverse brokerage environments. Providing exceptional servicing across the network means you will maintain consistency in client experience and build strong relationships with both clients and brokerage teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver day-to-day Personal Lines servicing using EPIC
• Support multiple brokerages when additional capacity is needed
• Manage Home, Auto,



and Property insurance inquiries
• Quickly adapt to various brokerage workflows
• Provide skilled, client-focused service
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience
• Active RIBO license in positive standing
• Strong, hands-on EPIC experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
