Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and management

• Assess and interpret screening and diagnostic tests accurately

Requirements:
• Master’s degree as RN (EC) is mandatory
• Good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Preference for candidates with experience in primary care
• Familiarity with chronic disease management preferred
• Solid communication skills and empathy
